Had an exceptional stay for 4 nights. the weather was pleasant. - the hotel was in a quiet and perfect position right by Gili Trawangan, close to all the restaurants. - Located in a quiet area of the island. - Café Bale Sampan cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Very nice overall experience. Incredibly beautiful hotel in an unbeatable position on the main square. Lots of toast, muesli and eggs at breakfast. The service in general was perfect. Nice pool area too. Location near the best restaurants on the island, and the mosque.

The units were well-maintained and brand-new with very modern bathroom.

Amazing pool with loungers and picturesque setting. Free bikes for exploring the sunset side of the island and beachfront road. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

The hotel provided us free bicycles, making it easy to explore everything on the island, including the sunset side. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt safe during the earthquake thanks to their assistance. The location is close to the beach and nature, yet still in a quiet area. The pool was amazing and had loungers, and towels were provided.

The bungalows are conveniently located near the beach and a short ride away from the restaurants. the rooms and bathrooms are kept clean, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. the breakfast consists of fresh juices, eggs, toast, pancakes, and plenty of fruit to start your day off right. free bikes are available for exploring the island.

Some staff members can be overly laid-back and may forget to restock the room with fresh towels and bottled water.

The pool was really big and had lots of sunbeds available to relax in. the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. the highlight for me were the free bikes that were included with our stay. It made exploring the island really easy and fun!

The path to the property was quite dark at night and made it difficult to find our way back to the bungalows. the power went off a few times in our bungalow, which was frustrating.

Such a fantastic stay! The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, with air conditioning that kept us cool all night long. We were blown away by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Plus, the free bikes that were included with our stay were so convenient and made it super easy to explore the island.

While the location was nice and away from the hustle and bustle, it was a bit frustrating that there wasn't a bar on site where we could grab a drink. the pool could use a bit less chlorine and more regular maintenance.

They even baked a delicious chocolate birthday cake for my friend! The rooms were spacious and clean, with hot showers and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a variety of options and was satisfying. The location was quiet and away from the busy road, allowing for a restful stay. We loved every moment and would definitely return.
